QoL for Diminishing Returns

Even though the forums are closing soon, this is a post I've been meaning to make for a while.

New players have no way to know about Diminishing Returns, what it is or how it's affecting their builds. Even players who do know of it may not understand if it applies in certain cases, or may accidentally put on two perks without realizing or remembering they will be affected by DR.

When putting two perks in a build that are affected by DR, or an item/power and a perk that are affected by DR, there should be a little yellow exclamation mark that pops up that the player can hover over, which tells them that something in their build is not working at full power due to Diminished Returns.

Information on how the game works should be available within the game, you should not have to learn from a friend or a YouTube video.

    I wish there would be indicator pinpointing to how much value you will get from so you don't have to do the math whole the time, plus not every effect is diminished, plus items are diminished but add ons are not etc.
