Anti-healing perks like Leverage not addressed in PTB. Request for counter to strong healing perks.
Recent updates have been buffing healing perks. With perks like Resurgence and others survivors can heal very quickly these days. These new changes give further buffs to healing perks to compensate for diminishing returns.
However, I don't think there has been any compensation for the anti-healing perks. Over the years perks like Sloppy Butcher and Leverage have been nerfed. Now diminishing return makes pairing some of these perks even worse together. Scourge Hook Weeping Wounds (SH:Gift of Pain) and Leverage for example. As such I think it is more than reasonable that some of the nerfs to Sloppy Butcher and Leverage get reverted, or some of these perks are buffed in some way to off set years of nerfs and diminishing returns, especially given we are very much in a fast healing meta.
TLDR: Some anti-heal perks seem to have been overlooked and it would be nice if they were addressed in some manner.

If Road Life goes live no antiheal matters anymore. Sloppy butcher can be infinite, leverage can go to 50 % decreased heal for 60s. But maybe next patch. They can't change everything at once. :)
yeah lets just go ahead and totally murder survivor altruism. StB? Gone, BT? Gone, Vigil? Gone, CoH? Gone, Styptic Agent? Gone, Anti-Hemorrhagic Syringe? Gone.
We're in an Aura reading meta too. Nurses Calling is played in 12% of games. Sloppy Butcher is played in 6% of games. Vigil doesn't affect Broken/Mangled anymore either.
There's actually no way you believe survivor healing is too strong right now.
Sloppy Butcher is still good, and it got a lot of its value back last patch by Vigil finally getting nerfed. Sloppy is fine.
But I agree Leverage was a missed opportunity post-diminishing returns, it feels pretty underwhelming atm and gets very easily countered by a lot of survivor perks
