idea to fix/update the Krasue
Saw an old thread about Krasue and leaving a comment didn't seem to bump it in the forum. so sharing idea in a new thread instead. (i'm new here. if i'm doing this wrong, please just let me know).
Was really struggling to get "adept" achievement for Krasue this past week (on ps5). Sounds like she was overpowered at release, then nerfed, and now nobody likes her? That's too bad, because she' rad. I think it's HILARIOUS to spit a leech right in someone's face when they stare at you across a dropped palette. And her machete is creepy. (and of course, her guts form is gross as hell).
+ was thinking it'd be cool if she could be tweaked to reference other the old horror "spitting slug" movies like Night of the Creeps, or Shivers - so that infected people would in turn spit leeches on others. But how to be different than Plague's disease spreading?
idea : "Anti-Slugging Slug"
What if someone downed after being hit by a leech could choose to embrace it, and get up - but they'd permanently stay in tier 1 infected from then on, AND spit leeches on any other survivor who came with range.
Just think this would be a cool way to add to the horror of playing a Krasue match (by making you a little afraid when other survivors came near. They could carriers!). (… or maybe they'd then spit a leech whenever they started to run, so they might get other survivors by accident)
+ idea 2 - "slug trap" would be nice if missing someone on the ground (thus just making a single tiny useless leech splat on the ground) stuck around and became a little landmine. ie, any survivor who walked over that spot for the rest of the match would take the leech hit. like a little trap? maybe it only lasts for 20 seconds?
+ idea 3 - "slugging speed" might be cool to add and add-on that tied into this slug theme by maybe any slugged survivors able to crawl twice as fast - but they leave behind a trail of slugs that could infect other survivors.
+ even more weird idea 4: "caw cough" what if you could leech the crows? and then they'd shoot their leech at the next survivor who startled them (instead of flying off)?
