Chapter Concept: Alex DeLarge (A Clockwork Orange) - The Droog

Hello Devs and Community,

I would love to propose a licensed character concept that fits the psychological horror elements of Dead by Daylight perfectly: Alex DeLarge from A Clockwork Orange. Since BHVR has an amazing partnership with Warner Bros, this could be an incredible addition to the Fog!

Here is a breakdown of his design:

  • Killer Name: The Droog
  • Weapon: His iconic cane (hidden blade).
  • Power - Ultra-Violence: Injuring Survivors builds his cruelty meter. When activated, he enters a high-speed state allowing him to instantly down Survivors. During this time, classical music (Beethoven) plays faintly within his terror radius.
  • Mori Idea: A brutal, cinematic homage to the Ludovico technique, ending with his iconic stare into the camera.

His white outfit, makeup, and bowler hat would provide a chilling, retro-dystopian aesthetic to the game. I really hope the team considers this license for a future

    I want actual horror characters that are monstrous or horrific in the game. No offense but a terribly fashioned 1960s regular looking man character is not something i find appealing to be added in dbd.

    There are far better killers and truly horror themed characters to be added.

    Respectfully, Dead by Daylight has always excelled at psychological horror alongside monstrous killers. Character like Ghostface, The Legion, and The Trickster prove that normal-looking humans can be some of the most terrifying killers because of their twisted minds.Alex DeLarge represents pure, unpredictable psychopathy and "Ultra-Violence," which fits perfectly with the game's theme. His eerie, dystopian 1960s aesthetic and cold stare would bring a unique, unsettling atmosphere to the Fog that monster killers can't replicate!
