Item Consumption Bar

So about a year ago they changed Keys and Maps to have a set number of charges instead of a consumption bar.

Is there any plans to change Medkits, Toolboxes, and Flashlights also? Is there any plans to only have 3 rarity of those items like Vials, Maps, and Keys? Same with the 5 rarities of add-ons?

I'm pretty sure they're looking into debloating survivors items an add-ons. Could be wrong though.
