How do you use Fruits of Your Labor?
So I'm a little confused about the purpose of this perk. Is it essentially a reskinned Adrenaline with a mini sprint burst thing?

Fruits of your labor + Poised is pretty good.
Edit: Its mostly used as a mini SB to get to your next generator or hooked survivor faster, Poised helps with this as it pretty much gives you elusive whenever a generator is finished so you get a speed boost while being unable to track so the killer will likely search the area around the generator not realizing that you are nowhere near.
