All Aboard and Shock Therapy trophies

I have 2 trophies that I can't seem to obtain for my ps5. Mainly because everytime I have used my 'Granmas cookbook' offering it never sends me to the Pale Rose map. Is this map not in use anymore? As for the shock therapy trophy, I have gone to the disturbed ward and completed the generator on the 2nd floor and escaped but the trophy wont pop. Is this some sort of glitch?
