Borrowed Time should extend Elusive after unhook

Now that Elusive is a new effect with unhook protections, it should also be extended with Borrowed Time

Not sure if it was just forgotten about or because it seems to just be in a more "testing" type of phase but I do like the change (and happy that endurance/haste is back to 10s) but BT should extend Elusive's time as well.

    What bhvr is doing rn is seeing how good is elusive and how well it helps against tunneling, after that I think they will consider perks like borrowed time or babysitter.

    Probably if elusive will be really bad they are going to do a different anti-tunnel change, like they don't want to make it really bad like with the last year changes which were very abusable and 15 seconds of endurance was as well abused.
