โ[Concept/Rework] Ghostface Ability Idea: Forcing First-Person Perspective on Survivors!
Had a rework idea for Ghostface to make him genuinely terrifying and fix his stealth issues:
๐ก Core Concept:
When Ghostface activates his power (or Marks a survivor), targeted survivors are temporarily forced into a 1st-Person Camera Perspective (1P).
๐ฅ Why this would be awesome:
* No Corner Peeking: Stops survivors from abusing 3rd-person camera angles to spot or reveal Ghostface from safe cover.
* Natural Stealth Buff: Narrows survivor FOV, allowing Ghostface to actually sneak up without being spotted prematurely.
* Maximizes Horror: Restricting vision brings back real tension and jump scares!
โ๏ธ Balance & Counterplay:
* Reverts to 3P on Hit: To prevent it from being completely overpowered in chases, the survivor's view switches back to 3rd-person immediately upon being hit (or after a set duration).
* Survivors still rely on audio cues to react before the strike.
What about using The Legion's first person view?
What do you guys think? Would love to hear your thoughts!
