Would be nice but sadly devs in this version of game (mobile had more none legendary skins that had unique mories) dont do mories or rework them or add them only option is when new legendary skin comes for that character like naughty bear, were elk,true form for dracula etc.
So I doubt he will have second one, twins are I think only killer with two mories (excluding mini mories like jason ones etc.) depending on victor being on scharlotte or being on the map free but then they kinda forget this idea.
