Separate language settings for Text and Voice on Consoles

It would be great to see an option allowing console players to choose their voice language and text language separately.
Currently, changing the language in console settings changes both the interface and the voice acting. This means players who enjoy the original English voices have to switch the entire game language, including menus, perk descriptions, and item descriptions.
Having separate settings for voices and text would make the game more accessible and enjoyable for players who prefer different languages for audio and text, allowing them to keep the original voice acting while still using their preferred language for the interface.
This kind of option is already available in many games and would be a welcome addition for console players.
