The Shrine of Secrets should have had Stranger Things Pt. 2 Perks multiple times by now.
In the seven months between the Stranger Things release and today, we've had 49 shrines of secrets - 25 from the 6 and a bit months outside of anniversary, and 21 from the anniversary daily shrines.
In those 49 shrines, Dustin, Eleven and Henry's 9 perks have not appeared a single time. However, since January, characters that you are given for free regardless of platform have had their adept perks appear this many times:
Four Times: Hillbilly, Jake, Nea
Three Times: Nurse, Meg, Claudette, Bill
Twice: Trapper, Wraith, Dwight, David
Once: Huntress
This is an average of 2.75 perk appearances in the last 7 months for the 12 of them - on average, they've all had their adepts laid out in the last seven months. Hell- Balanced Landing was in the shrine twice in three days - on the 23rd and 26th of June.
Why are characters with perks that will feasibly never be getting bought from the Shrine being prioritised repeatedly over characters with no shrine appearances at all? What is preventing the addition of Stranger Things Pt. 2 perks being intentionally entered in the shrine, as was the case for shrines like 26th Nov. 2024, where Dracula and Trevor both had multiple perks added all at the same time?

Obviously the reason is money, but I do wonder if there was an explicit agreement made to keep the perks out of the shrine for a specified amount of time.
Like the move from Tomes to Quests played a part, as the lack of quests requiring using the perks meant that there was no expectation for them to be made immediately available in the shrine, but you would expect at least one of them would have shown up at this point right? I'm definitely gonna be keeping an eye on how long it takes any of Jason's perks to show up, its going to be very concerning if this becomes a trend.
