Lordi x DbD Collab when?

While they might not be the most famous band globally their unique moster aesthetics would fit perfectly into the game if the devs ever consider another band collab like Iron Maiden and Slipknot.

Lordi is a Finnish heavy metal band, that is best known for their kickass music and for winning the 2006 Eurovision Song Contest with their hit song "Hard Rock Hallelujah".

Lordi stands as one of Finlands most internationally recognized heavy metal exports, especially in Europe. Their legendary status, combined with their practical monster effects make them a perfect match for the Fog.

    They're great, but there are tonnes bands that have crazy aesthetics so it'll be a hard sell when they're not as mainstream as Maiden and Slipknot. Having said that, they've stuck 9 Ice Kills cosmetics in and that band is a bag of dichs so 🤷

    Gwar have a similar get up to Lordi and may be considered a more popular choice.

    Yep. Not as mainstream as Iron Maiden or Slipknot, but like you said, they got Nine Ice Kills or what ever it was called so, Lordi wouldn't be a bad choice. Plus this is just one suggestion that came to my mind. Would be nice to see Mr. Lordi himself hooking some survivors.

    DbD players like how kickass and well made the skins are rather than strictly on how famous the franchise or band behind them is. Of course the populairty helps, but if the cosmetics are done right, I believe any cosmetic will sell. Plus a license for a less mainstream band probably doesn't cost anywhere near as much as one for Iron Maiden.

    GWAR may be more popular in some areas, but way more controversial band. I mean their thing is to provoke, offend and mock American politics, region, pop culture and social taboos. Lordi is way more "mainstream" band than GWAR and may even be the most mainstream monster rock band after KISS, Slipknot, Ghost, Rob Zombie and Alice Cooper. DbD already have Slipknot and I don't really see how the other band would fit into the game (maybe for Survivor skins..?).

    If Art the Clown sharply divides opinions in the community, I don't even want to know what GWAR collab would stir up 😂

    I'm honestly surprised they added a trash band like Ice Nine over something like Ghost or Metallica.
