Support Ticket #2348047 unanswered for 3 weeks - Need assistance pls (follow up ticket)

I submitted a support ticket 20 days ago regarding an account/technical issue, and I haven't received a single update or response from an agent since.
Could a Community Manager please pass this Ticket ID along to the support team so someone can take a look? I would really appreciate any help getting this resolved.

We are not able to assist you with a Player Support ticket - there is a slight delay with Player Support due to a high number of tickets so I'm afraid the wait might be longer than it would normally be.
