QoL: you should be able to see action speeds
As above, you should be able to see the speed of actions (relative to their default speed of 100%). With the addition of diminishing returns, it is way more difficult to know exactly how the perks we choose are applying. With Haste, thankfully unlike a few years ago we get a value alongside the Haste symbol, but for some reason the rest we have no way of seeing and action speeds are instead often shown with vague indicators of the charge bar changing colors.
I think there should be a value put alongside any action with a charge bar. Healing, repairing, unhooking, charging a killer power, etc. Alternatively, as this wouldn't give a clear picture of things like gen slowdown for killers, pallet break speeds, etc., there could be a button in the loadout that unfolds a list of speed stats affected by the perks, giving you an idea of those speeds before loading into a match. The issue with this second idea of course is that some perks gain effectiveness over time, and there are also often things during the course of the game that can affect some of these speeds.
A simple example of this is that if I hop into a game with two healing perks—Botany and Empathic Connection—I'll see in-game whenever I'm healing a survivor that I heal them at 157.5% speed because that percent will be shown above the progress bar. This would actually give you a concrete idea of how your perks interact and what perks are still worth running with each other, especially when there are exceptions like item addons or killer powers, or certain perks that apply an effect in a slightly different way (like it's so unclear if Ghost Notes and Vigil stack, the former makes exhaustion go down quicker while the latter increases exhaustion recovery speed).
The fun of this game is messing with perk combinations, and we need to know exactly how our perks are working together in order to properly figure out if another perk may be a better choice.
