I can guarantee that I have not committed any violations on my Steam account at all. However, my game login permission has been suspended instead of receiving a permanent ban. I submitted a support ticket to customer service five days ago, yet I still haven’t received any response to this day.

Tickets can take a while to get replies depending on how busy support is.
And you won't be a reply on here, mods won't discuss bans and probably don't have access to the info relevant to you anyway.
Will just need to wait for a reply to your ticket.
