How I Think Pennywise Should Be Added To DBD
THERE IS A LOT HERE BE WARNED
The following post will include a concept for a Pennywise / It crossover, including a power, add ons, cosmetics, mori / mori's, and two, yes TWO whole versions of lore detailing It's arrival into the realm. Beginning with the lore, the first of which will be attributed more to novel information, and would absolutely shatter modern DBD lore to be honest. The other is more based on the very loose cosmic side of the films and tv by Andy Muschietti.
Lore One

Lore Two
"It had never felt such an unnerving whirlwind of emotion, it was a disgusting feeling that burdened Its eternal nature and brought dismay to the eyes of madness. Despite the everpresent dismay that riddled Its incomprehensible mind, deep within It was a begrudging twinge of pride for the children who had killed It, a twisted, mocking pride that was far beyond that which any human could feel, but pride in the outlandish humor in being defeated by a group of Losers."
"It had never experienced death before, not truly anyway, and felt a heavy, deep seated unease that perhaps it would not survive, that perhaps, It was dying. Slowly awaiting the grip of death, or the return to eternity, It closed its soured eyes."
"It had arrived.. somewhere. A dark place with a resounding scent of fear that greatly excited It. It had bounced off of the wall that bound the material plane, and been plunged into this new realm by forces that it didn't entirely understand, and felt new feelings, It did not feel weak, Its arrogance would never allow it, but It felt ground under an all seeing eye deep in the well of the cosmos. It had been forcefully tugged from the rest of Its being, and locked in a cage that felt unfamiliar."

Default Weapon: Leg of The Spider
"The result of a demented shapeshift, twisting the flesh of a circus clown into a deadly appendage"
Pennywise's hand swiftly transforms into a white-coloured spike like in It: Chapters 1 & 2 with small, white gloved hands around the base, a succesful hit is accompanied by the spike reverting into a gloved hand and an iconic laugh.

Killer Power: We All Float Down Here.
Pennywise uses all of his cosmic tricks to his advantage, with the killer power button, Pennywise can switch between three powers.
"I ♥️ Derry"
Pennywise holds a red balloon in his left hand, and can let it float forwards and pop after travelling the equivalent of five meters, inflicting the deafness and incapacitated status effects for fifteen seconds, this has a cooldown of twenty seconds. Pennywise can toggle to the next power with the killer power button, which makes him release the balloon into the sky.
"Bile."
Pennywise opens his mouth, and a stream of acidic vomit spews from his mouth, the power is based on a proportional cooldown, but if used for its full three second duration, has a twelve second cooldown (be careful!) if Pennywise's bile lands on a survivor, it begins a buildup effect. instantly afflicting a temporary hindered status effect that can stack to six ( two per second of use) percent if the bile is used fully, then disappears after an additional threeseconds. Blindness is inflicted permanently, but the effects of the bile can be removed with the help of a teammate or by stunning the Dancing Clown. takes 1.10 seconds to charge, and slows the Dancing Clown from 4.6 to 4.2/s until the ability is in active use, which puts it to 4.5/s.
"The Great Bird"
The Dancing Clown transforms into a large, carnivorous bird, and loses the ability to basic attack in turn for a quick dashing ability in a straight line, this can go over pallets and windows, and can be used twice in a row. One use will have a thirteen point five second cooldown, using both will have a twenty seven second cooldown. By default, there is a 2.5 second period of time between the first and second use of Giant Bird.
Default Mori
"You Will Be"
(The Mori Lasts About Eight Seconds BTW)
This one is obvious, Pennywise leans down, and puts his hands around the survivor's throat, lifting them into the air, slowly unhinging his face to reveal the Deadlights in his throat, the camera flashes to the inside of Pennywise's mouth, showing the swirling, vibrant Deadlights, then moves to an over-the shoulder view as Pennywise lets go, seeming to encourage their ascent as they float and he closes his mouth, they either stay floating for the remainder of the match and fall at the end, or just fall.
Quick Mori
If The Dancing Clown puts a survivor into the dying state with the second attack in the "The Great Bird" ability while they are on death hook, the mori is replaced by the survivor looking around confused and terrified, Pennywise can be seen appearing and scurrying behind them, before looking in front of them to see Pennywise, he leaps forward slightly and bites into their head with an elongated jaw of teeth, ripping a chunk out.
Break / Pick Up Animations
Pallet Break:
Pennywise rises his hand as it shapeshifts into a large claw before bringing it down on the pallet, breaking it in one swing.
Breakable Door Break:
Pennywise brings his right hand up and to the left, transforming it into his default weapon (similar to the spider form in chapter two) before swinging it through the door, breaking it.
Damage Generator:
Pennywise does a similar thing to his breakable door animation, but swings twice.
Survivor Pick Up:
Pennywise's hand extends like a stretchy piece of rubber, slinking around the survivor like in It Chapter Two and picking them up, when placed on the hook, the hand returns to normal.
Walking:
When not holding the Red Balloon, The Dancing Clown skips (like in It Welcome To Derry), when holding the red balloon, the Dancing Clown walks normally.
Window Vault:
The Dancing Clown jumps onto the window, briefly assuming the position he took on top of Will Hanlons fridge before jumping down.
Common Rarity Add Ons:
Strange Fortune Cookie:
"A supernatural fortune cookie that birthed a new generation of horror for the Losers Club." increases the recharge rate of "Bile" by four percent.
Worn Zippo Lighter:
"an overused zippo lighter covered in sewage water, the initials "P.H" can be seen on its side." increases the travel distance of the Red Balloon by one meter, from five to six.
Broken Glasses:
"a pair of cracked glasses dropped infront of the Derry Festival Stage by an adult Richie Tozier." the oblivious and deafness effects of Red Balloon are increased by two seconds.
Worn Galoshes:
"dirty, broken rain boots worn by the first victim of the 1957 cycle." travel speed as the "Giant Bird" is increased by 0.4 meters per second.
Green Rarity Addons
Arm Cast:
"an old cast with the word Loser written on, Eddie Kaspbrak later replaced the S with a V." the applied hindrance rate is moved from two per second to three per second
Severed Arm:
"the severed arm of one of Its kills, doubles as mockery for later victims." the Red Balloon travels an additional three meters, from five to eight.
Placebo Pills:
"They're Gazebos! They're Bullshit! - Eddie Kaspbrak" the blindness effect of Bile requires two killer stuns to remove instead of one.
B.R Shoe:
"where's my shoe? - Betty Ripsom" the deafness and oblivious status effects of the Red Balloon are increased from 15 to 18 seconds.
Strand of Web:
"a snake-thick strand of webbing that stings those it touches." the Bile ability's cooldown when fully depleted is reduced from 12 seconds to 10.
Blue Rarity Addons
Torn Clown Glove:
"a circus glove, torn by the monstrous appendages of It." The Red Balloon can be released with killer power button two to remain in place for five seconds, if a healthy survivor touches the balloon before it disappears, they are put into the injured state, if an injured survivor hits the balloon, they scream and their aura is revealed for three seconds.
Vandalised Skateboard:
"a stolen skateboard vandalised with floating blood." when a survivor helps remove the effects of Bile, the aura of the assisting survivor is revealed to the Dancing Clown for six seconds.
Missing Poster:
"that's my hair, that's my face, that's my name, that's the date! - Richie Tozier" the Red Balloon can be manually popped with killer power button one to inflict the same effects within a smaller radius.
Book of Derry History:
"the book of Derry's librarian, Mike Hanlon." Flight attacks as the great bird travel two meters further.
Beaver Hat:
"a beaver hat stolen during a brutal assault, a testament to the darkness in Derry." The Red Balloon is given a second charge, if both balloons hit the same survivor, the survivor is afflicted with a six percent hindered for six seconds.
Purple Rarity Addons
The Book of Bill:
"a picture gallery belonging to the Denbrough family, corrupted by Its evil." Bile is given an additional two seconds of active use, stacking to 10 percent.
Shokopiwa Artifact:
"you never showed them the fourth side did you Mikey? - Pennywise" the travel speed of The Great Bird is increased by 0.8 meters.
R.G Handkerchief:
"an early 1900s handkerchief belonging to a Robert Gray." healthy survivors hit by the initial attack of Giant Bird scream scream 1.75 seconds later.
S.S Georgie:
"a paper boat made by an unenthusiastic older brother, and Its first trophy from 1957." while charging Bile, The Dancing Clown moves at 4.6/s instead of 4.2.
Iridescent / Visceral Addons
Mysterious Organ:
"an unnatural internal organ dripping viscous black liquid, the closest thing that the beast had to a heart." the The Red Balloon only travels three meters, but if exploding near a healthy survivor, the survivor is put into the injured state.
Threatening Card:
"a mocking card given to the Losers Club, it reads "a word to the wise from your friend Pennywise." the Great Bird power is restricted to one charge, retains its 27 second cooldown, but can now instantly put a survivor into the dying state.

Bloody Talon Outfit "Bloodbath."
"Its sleep had been disturbed by the destruction of a key to the cage that trapped it, it was awake, and it was hungry."
Pennywise's body is covered in a thick layer of blood that lines off at his cheek bones, his feet are replaced by bird talons.
Neibolt House Outfit "House of Madness"
"Join The Clown Eds, They Float Down Here, They All Float Down Here. - Pennywise"
Pennywise is damaged by a fire poker that has been pierced through his temple and eyeball, his right hand is more monstrous with a claws and thicker skin, and the side of his cheek is open, with rows of teeth and a wonky eye.
The Leper Outfit:
The Dancing Clown Killer Name is Changed to "The Leper"
The default weapon is replaced by a rotting hand with long, broken fingernails, but retains the swing (similar to Unknown and its various weapons), and the balloon's color is changed to a darker red with grime on it.
The Giant Bird ability is changed visually to appear deceased and rotting.
The Leper Mori:
"What Are You Looking For?"
The Leper appears behind the survivor, placing a decrepit, rotting hand on their shoulder, they turn around, and in a moment of fright, fall backwards, landing on their arm in an awkward position and snapping it. The Leper leans down, and digs its fingers into their eye sockets.
Leper Quick Mori:
The Leper wraps his hands around the survivors throat, leaning over them and spewing a torrent of black bile onto their face, before letting them go, revealing a melting face.
The Leper Animations
Wall Break:
The Leper brings a lazy right hand up, and forcefully slams on the door twice, breaking through it.
Pallet Break:
The Leper raises his right hand into the air before sloppily slamming it against the pallet twice, breaking it.
Generator Kick:
The Leper raises one of its legs and kicks it like Jason.
Survivor Pick Up:
The Leper crouches down, wrapping its left hand around the survivors throat and carrying them like Springtrap does.
Vault:
The Leper lazily drags its legs one after the other over the window.
Leper Voicelines:
"What Are You Looking For?"

Tim Curry Pennywise "Classic Killer"
"this form was smaller, more human, but not entirely unfamiliar to It."
Attack Animation:
Pennywise's hand transforms into a three fingered arachnidian appendage that he swings before it returns to normal.

Pick Up:
Pennywise leans down, his left hand transforms into an arachnidian hand and picks them up around the throat.

Pennywise slings one leg after another over the window, like the 1990 Library scene.

Pennywise's arms transform into large arachnid arms, and pick up the survivor, wrapping around them and snapping ther back.
Quick Mori:
Pennywise's eyes glow a blinding white light as he peers into the survivors eyes, the survivors hair turns white, their eyes go blank, and and they fall over.
