Survivors should lose Morsel's they're carrying when Desert time begins
It makes no sense that they should be allowed to bring their "get out of jail free" item to the end game. When the entire point of desert time is that they can't bring them to the end game.
Someone shouldn't be allowed to Sprint Burst, Endurance hit from Morsel carts, Morsel sprint burst, then Sprint Burst again thanks to vigil exhaust management
