Jacket Hotline Miami

Hello Behaviour Interactive,

I have an idea for a new Killer: Jacket from Hotline Miami.

Killer Power:

Twice per match, Jacket can activate his power and say, “Do you know what time it is?”

All Survivors within his Terror Radius become Exhausted for 8 seconds. For the next 30 seconds, the first Survivor hit by Jacket receives a special effect. If that Survivor is not healed within 45 seconds, they become Broken for 30 seconds.

I think Jacket would fit Dead by Daylight because of his violent and unpredictable nature, his iconic masks, and the dark atmosphere of Hotline Miami.

Thank you for reading my suggestion.
