As i said on the other post, killers get variety by choosing their killer, and so most events try to focus on extra's the survivors can do and how the killer can interact with that.
This does however mean the survivors have a side objective, which slows down the games which ultimately benefits the killer, so they need to get buffs through doing this otherwise theyll just power through the gens.
On top of this, its not a gauranteed buff because as you've posted, they can be poisoned and debuffed.
Also can give extra pallets ect ect. Overall, could be a pretty fun event. Definitely gonna try it before I finalise an opinion, and could entirely eat my words if the buffs are horrendously one sided to the point of unplayability, but ill let them cook for now.
