God(dio)
this would be a collaboration with jojos bizarre adventure but specifically part one dio because he is not super overpowered, his powers could involve his eye beams or the ability to slow someone with ice and his mori could be someone being frozen or having other his minions with him like the resident evil killers. and shattered or him sucking their blood through his fingers, skins could be part 3 dio and shadow dio.
