What if this perk also triggered on basic gen kicks?
It would cost them gen kick time, use up regression limits, but give the non mobility m1 killers something they could use to help them get around the map.
It's current version just triggering on blinds and pallet stuns is never going to be used. Once you're seen getting value from it a single time it's not triggering again. It's basically the same problem Hubris has. This change would put a trigger in the killers hands at a cost.
