Can we get more servers?

I am in Nebraska, quite literally the middle of the US and my ping is never below 60 but thats "average", the problem I have is I keep getting up in servers in Mexico and Canada not even one of the ones closer but I continually have issues related to ping and I know I'm not the only one. Is this something that is just an issue I have to deal with forever?

    To add, because I forgot, a lot of the times I get put in those servers my ping keeps going up past that 60 and today I was going up to 200 with nothing in the background and the best internet I can get and its a constant issue but Im not sure how many people are also afflicted or if its a personal problem
