Supernatural deserves a Dead by Daylight Collaboration!!
A collaboration between Dead by Daylight and Supernatural would not only be a nostalgic crossover for fans, but also a strong creative and commercial opportunity for both franchises.
Supernatural naturally fits Dead by Daylight’s identity. Both universes revolve around horror, supernatural forces, survival, investigation, dangerous encounters, and characters constantly facing impossible situations. Because of this, bringing the Winchester world into the Fog would feel organic rather than forced.
Unlike many older series that slowly disappear from public attention, Supernatural has maintained an active and dedicated community years after its ending. Fans continue creating content, introducing new viewers to the show, and keeping discussions alive across modern platforms. That kind of long-term engagement creates value that goes beyond nostalgia.
From a business perspective, this collaboration would create mutual exposure. Dead by Daylight could attract returning fans of the series as well as players interested in recognizable characters and aesthetics. At the same time, Supernatural could gain renewed visibility through streaming, new viewers discovering the show for the first time, and older fans revisiting it.
Another advantage is accessibility: people do not need to know the series to enjoy the collaboration. Players often purchase characters because of their appearance, personality, or design alone, while others become curious and explore the original source afterward. This creates value even outside the existing fandom.
Most importantly, Supernatural already has the atmosphere, themes, and iconic identity that align with Dead by Daylight’s world. This would not be a crossover based only on popularity, but one built on compatibility, audience overlap, and long-term potential for both communities.

OMG YES!! I been dreaming about Supernatural x DBD a lot of time. This definitely would be an amazing opportunity to both sides and such a good chapter for the game!
You can check my posts, I have been BEGGING for a supernatural collab in dbd. The reason I believe it would really work is because Sam and Dean arent in any game whatsoever. So if they were to come to dbd, alot of people would start playing dbd just to have a chance at playing as Sam and Dean! I feel like theyre the most fitting survivors for the game, and in recent years I have seen a TON of people request them in the game
