The point of the rake is to act as a trap for the survivors against killers, similar to the trappers traps, it would blend in with the environment but for the trained eye would be visible.

The function of the rake is simple, you step on it, be it killer or survivor, you get stunned for 0.25 seconds as the Rake slams up into your face Scooby Doo style, a very satisfying sound effect plays as it smacks you in the face BOOOIIIOIOIOINNNGG.

It would be hilarious, and also add a certain level of "trap" that acts as an alarm, one time use then it breaks, that can be used as a survivor in a loop or a certain generator that might be extremely difficult to get.

Literally no reason to not have this in the game please and thank you.
