Dear Bhvr and community.

Sad to feel the developers drop the anti tunnel mechanics cos tons of killers bomb them about a rage messages, mails.

Nowdays tunnel is everywhere. 95% of our game is tunnel and hard tunnel what cant avoid cos theres nothing counter mechanism in the game. Ds is once help each surv after that the game is over. Yeah i know learn to loop. We know how to loop okay.

Sad on twitch saw the same tunneler killer gameplay and on yt the same.

Can i ask when will be this over?

    This is the outcome of the devs giving survivors a lot of a safety over the years. It's too risky for killers to spread hooks and there's no reward for spreading hooks. Therefore it just makes sense to focus out the weak links ASAP because pressuring 2 or 3 survivors is much easier than 4.

    This is categorically false. You can watch any survivor streamer and see that tunneling is not nearly as prevalent as you claim.

    In my experience people that say they get tunneled every game are taking hits with BT or hopping on a gen three feet away from the hook immediately. Then they screech about needing handholding because of their poor play.

    Get real, man…

    All gens can be completed in under 4 minutes, therefore getting focused is not unfair. The game is not all about you, especially in an asymmetrical multiplayer setting. There is no time to facilitate extra safeties, guards and water-wings just because you wanna be up in your feelings about not getting your way against smarter killers.

    Most of the killer roster is barely played due to years of cumulative scrub-service and I doubt that things should be taken and made even worse in that regard just because selfish players refuse to acknowledge the full picture of how the game flows.
