Can't say I think this would work well, I mean he is a serial killer. But aside from stalking people (we already have 2 killers that do that) he doesn't really have anything interesting or distinctive enough to make into an actual mechanic to base a killer ability around.
He's also not a particularly scary presence i the way most dbd killers are. Doesn't really fit the vibe of a dbd, and any attempt to warp him to look like a proper killer in the realm would basically ruin his original character.
