What does the AMD gpu related bugs look like?

Because I have Nvidia gpu and have seen lighting bugs for a few months now and would like to compare them to current AMD bug.

And I have Nvidia 3070 Ti (MSI) with some undervolting, core clock -125 Mhz, memory clock +150 Mhz and power limit of 85%, however the modern drivers since RTX 50 release or later no longer seem to fully follow the tuning that I have set, either the driver is faulty or my gpu is malfunctioning.

I am not using the beta build for AMD gpu owners but should I still try it with a Nvidia gpu?

Is this at all similar to what AMD gpu users have been experiencing?
