Did BHVR not notice that the effects of these add-ons have basically the same effect after original pain rework?

A possible and ssafe idea for an OP rework is : if the survivor hit by a chain is injured /gets injured after X seconds, he receive mangled and hemorrage for X seconds.

    This was also what I suggested at the time it was being changed and I agree. No reason to have 2 addons with that aura reading effect that are almost exactly the same
