Did BHVR include the wrong descriptions for Vee’s Punk in Pink cosmetic?
The cosmetic descriptions sound more fitting for a “summer fun” or “water battle” outfit, not the pink dress* she is wearing.
The titles also sound wrong for the two bottom cosmetic items. What the hell about the lower half of that dress* screams “Bullseye”?
*I don’t know what the culturally appropriate term is for Vee’s outfit.

The outfit is for Songkran. Part of the holiday is shooting each other with water guns in public fights. That's why she has a water pistol on her shoulder, with traditional-style clothing.
