General killer nerfs over the years "because of blight and nurse"
The blight nerfs would certainly be reasonable if we also buffed low tiers significantly and nerfed survivor s tier perks. And many seem to think the upcoming buffs of a handful of killers will be sufficient for them and bhvr will start buffing low tiers soon. Anyway does anyone else remember when the devs gutted mangled and said it was because it hampered creativity for more varied antiheal and swore we'd get an antiheal renaissance and then preceded to give us No Quarter and buff Botany Knowledge?
