Bubba in need of moderate buffs
Bubba doesn't really fit at any skill level. Low level Bubba players struggle with Chainsaw timing and is heavily punished by bumping. Against high level survivors, Bubba lacks map pressure and is easily countered by Dead Hard. Otz has Bubba at C tier, and seth_kills who has been playing Bubba for thousands of hours struggles to get a few wins in a row. Imo, Tantrum needs to be reduced. Billy has a 2.5 sec cd for hitting obstacles while Bubba has 3 sec. Doesn't make sense when Bubba has the much worse power. Also, Chainsaw duration and charge replenish times need to be buffed. This will allow Bubba to use Chainsaw for mobility, which helps address his map pressure problems.
