I spent all night thinking: what if one of my OCs ended up in Dead by Daylight?
Note: This OC is a self-insert into the FPE universe, so this chapter probably would never have happened because of all the controversy with the original creator.

Visual Appearance:
The Failure is a haunting blend of organic decay and urban symbolism. Standing at an average height but with a constant hunched, sarcastic posture, her body is in a slow, perpetual state of decomposition.
* The Head: In place of a human head, there is a dark void filled with writhing black roots. Forced into this hole is a large, rusted "STOP" sign.
* The Eye & Mouth: On the sign's surface, a single, hyper-realistic eye moves. When entering her "Wild" state, a massive mouth tears through the metal of the sign, revealing rows of needle-sharp teeth.
* The Body: She wears an oversized, tattered white shirt stained with dried blood and small roots. Her legs are covered in worn-out grey pants and black boots.
* The Limbs: Her hands are encrusted with black roots that extend into long, obsidian-like claws.
* The Gimmick: In the lobby or during idle moments, she leans back—supported by her roots like a tripod—while scrolling through a phone with a skull-patterned case.

Special Power: Bloodthirsty Hunger
* Passive (Hunger): Dealing damage fills the Hunger Meter. When full, press the Active Ability button to enter "Snack Time" mode.
* Effect: Gains +3% Haste and attacks inflict the Exposed status. Upon ending, she suffers a 20s fatigue (extreme slowdown).
* Ability 1: Emerging Roots (M2): Charge to fire a row of spiked roots in a straight line that passes through walls. Inflicts Hemorrhage for 15s.
* Ability 2: Bite (Dash): A quick forward lunge. If it hits, her "STOP" sign mouth opens for a devastating bite.
* Ability 3: Vine Trap: Plants vines on the ground. If a survivor passes over them, their Aura is revealed for 5s.

Customizations (Skins):
1. Goth Rebel (Common): All-black 2010s goth outfit with spiderweb patterns and long black hair, even though she doesn't have a normal "head".
2. Schoolgirl (Common): Blue vest and red skirt anime uniform.
3. A Known Face (Legendary): Replaces the sign with Connor’s sign and adds Aiden’s blue trench coat.
4. The Enemy (Legendary): Alice’s Monster Form with glowing red eyes and shadow-based VFX.
5. Classic Style (Legendary - Cel-Shaded): A 2D paper-style skin. Blood turns into purple/black ink. Chase Theme: Basics in Behavior (RED Version). Changes to the vine models, making them look like thorns in FPE, and changes the blood color.

Mori: "Pathetic Posture"
Falha suspends the survivor in the air with roots piercing their limbs. Supported by her own roots, she leans in, looks into their eyes, and mocks: "Wow, such a pathetic posture...". The STOP sign creaks as the mouth opens, and she devours the survivor in one bite before immediately checking her phone.

New map: The fundamental education school.
SIt would be the same school from the FPE animation, same paper decorations, except for the part that creates the "tension," the place is closed and the survivors appear on the school's sports court, and there's no way to leave the school. Oh, and the whole school has this atmosphere, like everyone's been evacuated or knew the Failure was there, so everything's a mess and doors are locked, And some black roots are scattered across the walls (and yes, the roots change the map if the Failure has the "Classic Style" skin), But the roots are only on the walls, so as not to be confused with root traps. As for obstacles? There aren't many, but there aren't that many windows to jump through either.
