Houndmaster's Knotted Rope add-on feels like it has an easy fix
Wouldn't it be easier than instead of reworking the add-on completely it was changed back to one of its older values but with the caveat that it's when you down a survivor who is grabbed by the dog instead of any injury, this stops the problem of a single dog grab causing instant two tapping and makes it into an addon that increases your efficiency rather than the current more than lackluster effect it has now, especially given Houndmaster is lacking in decent add-on diversity for the most part, and this change would give Houndmaster a new add on that I think would actually see use.
