Dude, this keeps happening and I get disconnected then hit with a matchmaking lock or I get some GPU crash which leads to a matchmaking lock, it's genuinely frustrating that I'm getting hit with these locks when I'm not actually leaving the match. PLEASE, FIX, IT.

You might need to fix your comp if it keeps crashing or getting better internet provider as those are both not Behavior's fault or their thing to fix.
