Killer Idea of a Bell Diver

THE BRINE. THE VISUAL & AUDIO PRESENCE

  • The Killer: A colossal, suffocating silhouette encased in a corroded, barnacle-pitted 1920s-era brass diving suit. Dark, oily seawater perpetually leaks from the seams of his faceplate, and his presence is announced by the hiss of high-pressure air and the heavy, metallic thud-clank of lead-weighted boots.
  • The Weapon (The Salvaged Fluke): A medium-sized, rusted iron anchor attached to a thick, salt-encrusted chain. The Brine carries the archor in his hand, as hedrags it behind him.As he moves, the anchor grinds against the floor, leaving wet gouges and creating a constant, rhythmic metallic scraping sound.
  • The Basic Attack (M1): The Brine swinges the anchor in a low, devastating horizontal arc before it thuds back to the earth.

Ⅱ. PASSIVE POWER: THE RISING TIDEThe map floods for a period of time, the bottom floor of the map automatically floods with deep water that reaches the knees. There is no counter-play available to Survivors to drain the water.

  • Tracking: Scratch Marks glow with an intense, blood-red bioluminescence beneath the water's surface. Movement through the flood creates loud, distinct splashes and ripples that reveal Survivor positions.
  • Environmental Drench: Any Survivor standing in or touching the flooded zones will be affected with drenched status effect, and is hindered for 3%

Ⅲ. ACTIVE ABILITY: TIDAL SMASHThe Brine raises his anchor high with both hands and smashes it violently into the ground.

  • The Wave: The impact unleashes a surging wave of water that rushes forward in a straight line. During the Rising Tide, this wave becomes smaller buta bit faster
  • Displacement & Infection: The wave hits all Survivors in its path, physically sweeping them off their feet while simultaneously soaking them to the bone, instantly applying the Drenched status effect.
  • Wall Collision (The Punish): If a Survivor is swept into a wall or solid object, they are Stunned and pinned momentarily, granting The Brine a window for a guaranteed Basic Attack.
  • Open Ground Landing. If a Survivor is swept into a opening with no obstacle to hit, they land on the floor, get up with no chance of being injured.(depends if you are in a bad place)

Ⅳ. STATUS EFFECT: DRENCHEDSurvivors become Drenchedby being hit by the Tidal Smash

  • Dry Land (1.5% Hindered): While on dry ground, Drenched Survivors move slightly slower. This can be removed by maintaining a sprint for a set duration to "dry off."
  • In the Water (3% Hindered): If a Survivor is standing in the flooded zones, they cannot dry off. The heavy, water-logged clothing makes the penalty increase to 3% Hindered, remaining permanent as long as they remain in the water.

Ⅴ. STEALTH & MOBILITY: ABYSSAL DESCENTThe Dive
The Brine sinks his heavy frame entirely beneath the flooded floor or the solid ground, becoming Undetectable and gaining a massive burst of movement speed.

  • The Tell: Survivors in the vicinity hear a muffled, rhythmic bubbling and see air bubbles popping on the surface of the water or ground as they see the Killer approache.

The Emergence
The Brine ends his stealth by
walking upout of the water. slowly rising back out. This allows him to ambush Survivors at windows or pallets by surfacing directly in their path and immediately transitioning into a chase.
