Revert the Skull Merchant back to pre 8.3.0
Bring back stealth drones and double scanlines. Since no matter how she is changed people will hate her so it doesnt matter if she is F tier or C tier. This way, the rework can also be scrapped. Also, the stealth being attached to recalling a drone is a terribly stupid change. @ThatRyanB
