As you can see, according to the DBD Discord, Steve's old scream still exists in the game but was obviously very rarely heard since the Stranger Things Chapter 2 change and so they are going to make it trigger much more often.

I wasn't sad that it was gone but hopefully some of you will be satisfied with this news

    I'm definitely with you on vial reverts or at least give them some buffs as right now 2 uses is so meager for such little results
