Why do you deserve to be able to force an extra kill that's impossible to unhook once all the gens are done? If the survivors have gotten all the gens done, and successfully coordinated an unhook without making it a trade you deserve to lose for letting them reach that point in the game. Trying killing them before they get the gens done next time.
If you haven't gotten any kills by the endgame, then I could see removing the unhook protections. If you've gotten at least 1, though, it should stand as-is.
I would personaly disable everything except for specific endgame options so the EGC feels more unique, might be even 1min longer. Let's say exhasution perks, hook perks and so won't work but perks like noed, remember me, blood warden, hope, no one left behind would be more interesting to use.
