Penalizacion exagerada por desconexión del servidor

Después de jugar seis partidas el juego me dice desconectado del servidor y no es problema dei internet.De seis partidas,la única desconexión que nisiquiera fue voluntaria y me castigan por una hora,no será mucho???Está bien cuando alguien se desconecta a propósito dos o tres veces,pero la primera una hora?????Este juego tiene tantos errores,demasiados,lo peor es que todo es automático así que ninguna forma de revertir estás cosas.Creo que este juego presenta demasiadas fallas y las mismas de siempre casi,ya se vuelve agotador,se quitan las ganas de seguir jugando ya

    If you got an hour you have been disconnecting before. First offense is only 5 minutes. You have to play 20 matches without disconnecting to downgrade the penalty. Also if it would be server crashing you never get penalty of that. Your connection to the server can get bad even if your internet stays on as it does not always depend on your connection to your internet provider but how good the connection is to the server. You can have good connection to one server group but worser to others. It still is not Behaviors fault if there is connection issues as in those cases where the connection issue depends on them you don't get a penalty but they also can't anyway tell when its not intentional either so they punish all disconnects equally.
