Colorblind setting not changing power colors at the start

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The colorblind options change the color of some killer powers, but on some killers, like Vecna, it doesn't apply the color change until you change it to something else and back again during the match.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Load into a match with red-green colorblind, cast dispelling sphere, change your colorblind option to something else, then change it back to red-green, and look at the dispelling sphere again. It will now have the gold highlights
