Why is this still allowed in 2v8?

I talked about this 3 months ago... And today I found a video of someone else showing the exact same thing. If they changed this for hooks (before you could only unhook from the front, now you can do it from different points of the hook), why don't they do it for cages?

    Like I don't get why they don't let survivors have the option to teleport the cage manually.

    1. In case where killer/killers hang around the cage too long as the automated clearly is not really good doing so currently.
    2. In this situation where survivor blocks the cage and is not finishing the unhooking or even trying to.
