Locations of popping generators are not shown properly
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Whenever a generator pops, it should show the location of the popped gen to the killer for five or so seconds. In the current patch, about half of the times this does not happen. I know that this is intentional for cases where a gen pops very close by. However, this bug also happens when a gen is finished far away.
