Why does some killers when they are in oblivious status disturb crows?

This doesnt make sence because killer has to be stealthy but they still disturb crows which hurts the ghostface most because he has to approach from the edges of the map most of the time and this can reveal him if he isnt crounching which is not good always to do because of limited vision and slower speed (95% speed so 5% slower than survivor running).
