No mist is seen in the basement after using a Fog Vial
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
After using a Fog Vial in the basement you hear and see the fog vial pop, but no mist is seen. However, once you go up the stairs, the mist is visible again

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Simple really. equip a fog vial, use it in the basement and watch it produce no fog unless you go up the stairs
