SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After being healed too close to one of the walls on the Father Campbell's Chapel map, the person who healed me and me myself were both forced into the wall and ascended to the ceiling. We were stuck hovering there for minutes on end, unable to be hit by the killer or interacted with by other players.

PLATFORM: Steam

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: (1) Get "downed" as far into the corner of the chapel as possible (the corner by the staircase). (2) Have a teammate or two come and heal you—possibly on the elevation of the stairs. (3) Weirdly rise up and get stuck in the walls/ceiling.

    Could you please attach the logs? Be sure they are taken right after encountering the issue.

    To find them:

    1. Press the Windows Key + R to open the "Run" command.
    2. In the text box paste the following: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs
    3. Click "OK" - this will open your Dead by Daylight Logs folder.
      • If it does not open the Dead by Daylight Logs folder, it may mean that when installing Dead by Daylight you chose to save your files somewhere else and will need to check there.
    4. The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file
