9.2.1 - Mindbreaker no longer pauses Exhaustion recovery
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
The perk Mindbreaker (formerly known as Fearmonger), is supposed to pause any Exhaustion recovery timer while you are working on a generator.
However, as of today's patch (and maybe even before it, who knows), this is no longer the case.
You will recover your Exhaustion like normal, then when you have recovered, the perk immediately applies the base 5-second Exhaustion which you can walk off fairly easily (see Video #2).

I used Sprint Burst, hopped on a gen, recovered from Exhaustion while Mindbreaker was active, walked off the base debuff, sprinted again …
