new leverage sucks
as the title says, why did they even decide to nerf it? there was no reason as to why they had to decrease the slowdown to 30% considering how strong healing perks/medkits are. all they had to do is increase the time its on to like 45 sec and keep it 50%.
now u need gift of pain just to make it actually good
