Bugging in Chest when picking an item

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: when i picked up a smoke vial out of the chest while having another item in my hand (a flashlight) i got stuck in the chest

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: i have tried to open a chest with an item in my hand already and when i picked it up i lagged into the chest (it was in the killer shack) and couldnt get out of it, neither get healed, or picked up by the killers, i only got injured and downed but anything else was impossible.
