Question about grouping up and playing with a hacker without knowing

Hello so i often play with random people from the dbd server and today i got a msg on my profile suggesting one person i was in a grp with was a hacker ectect , I tried adding the person who left that comment to ask them who they meant and what said hacker did that would make them think that , but they blocked me i think cause i cannot send them a friend request

Anyway can i get banned for this ? like lets say that a person I got into a random grp with was a very subtle hacker and i played a couple of games with them without knowing they were potentially hacking , am I in danger of getting banned ?
